Activities Registration Instructions
To Register:
MyPaymentsPlus is our online registration system.
- Visit www.mypaymentsplus.com to create a new user account on MyPaymentsPlus. All first-time users will have to create their own Username and Password.
- You will need your student's school ID number to add them to your new account. Student ID numbers can be found in their class schedule, in the numeric part of their school email, or by logging into your Parent Portal.
- For first time users, here is a guide to walk you through the process of creating an account and registering for an activity.
- If you are able to add an activity to your cart and complete payment, your student is good to go. You will receive an email confirmation from MyPaymentsPlus that your registration is complete.
Troubleshooting:
- If you are having trouble linking your student's last name to their ID number, this is common with students who have two last names or hyphenated last names. The system will only recognize one last name. Try only one last name at a time.
- If you cannot complete registration, it may be due to the fact that you have not completed all required fields. Make sure to fill in all highlighted fields before you save or the system will clear your form and make you start over.

There are two times a year when students can submit new club ideas to be approved. The application submission window will open each fall (prior to Activities Rush) and in late spring (for the following school year). New club proposals will be approved on a yearly basis. The proposal must be a club or program that is not currently offered at EPHS. A staff advisor is REQUIRED for a new club application to be submitted.
At the end of each school year, ALL student interest clubs - whether new or returning - must complete the club application process in order to be approved for the following year.
Student-led/Student Interest Clubs (unpaid advisor positions)

As these are student-led clubs, the beliefs and viewpoints are not necessarily representative of Eden Prairie High School or District 272. It is the role of the advisor to guide and assist student leaders. Advisors are not required to lead or instruct, plan or prepare anything for the club. The advisor is ultimately responsible for the actions and supervision of the club and must know what is going on at all times.
