Adaptive Sports
Home of the South Suburban Flyers
Our Adaptive Sports program is a co-op with the Bloomington and Richfield school districts that provides players with the opportunity to represent their school and community while competing as part of an athletic team. Soccer, floor hockey and softball teams are available for CI and PI leagues.
Join our exciting program crafted for special education and adaptive students! Discover the joy of team sports, fostering fitness, friendships, and self-confidence through cooperative and competitive play. Experience success and growth on and off the field!
Practices and games are played in Bloomington and transportation is provided. Along with the after-school programs at Central Middle School, a South Suburban Adapted Athletics program is also available. Our districtwide commitment to equity aligns with our provision of adaptive sports for students of all abilities. We believe in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to participate in sports and develop valuable skills.
