Can I register without seeing a doctor or receive a sports physical waiver?

No. You cannot complete online registration without a valid sports physical on file.

All student-athletes must be examined by a certified health professional who has cleared them and deemed them medically eligible to participate in all school interscholastic activities. This is a requirement from the Minnesota State High School League. There is no waiver or exemption.
