
My sports physical form was submitted by my doctor. How do I know if it's been received?
We ask for 24 hours from the time a physical has been submitted to the time you log on to register for an activity or sport.
You can log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to check if it has been submitted, or you can attempt to register for the activity on MyPaymentsPlus. If you receive an error message saying you cannot complete registration, then it is likely that the physical has not been entered in the system.
If you are able to complete registration and pay, then the physical is in the system.
