Where can I get a sports physical examination?

The most common place to get a sports physical exam is a primary care physician or pediatrician's office. Any certified medical health professional can complete the physical exam and must sign and date the form.

There are select Walgreens stores and Minute Clinics that offer free sports physicals. You can search their websites to learn more information. Sport clinics like Twin Cities Orthopedics and Fairview Health also offer free sports physicals during the summer months and throughout the year. Pre-registration on their website is required.
